It is a simple concept that is often misused.  We at HR Technologies chose to express our core value in our company’s tag line.  We believe it is equally important for our clients, partners, suppliers, employees and families to know who we are, as it is for them to know what we do. 

Software will come and go; technology will evolve; legislation will change; HR practices will adapt to an ever-changing culture and commercial world.  In our personal lives the relationships that we value the most are those that transcend time and the ebb and flow of change.  We at HR Technologies believe that it is not only possible, but essential to adopt that same philosophy in who we are as corporate citizens.

We declare to you that we are “Led by Integrity” not to try and convince you that we will always be right, or always be the very best at everything, but rather to give you comfort that as people we recognize that the greatest contribution we can make to all those that we interact with is one of always acting from the centre of our Integrity.  That means putting you first, and recognizing that in doing so we build strength in our relationship, our company and yours.
